Electrical Forest “Choice Concerns” for the summer season 2021 information

Electric forest is still working to lock the dates for 2021, with an official announcement pending. Most recently we heard that the organizers were hoping to return next year – and they will be – but the fate of the festival depends on many factors.

A message straight from Forest HQ, republished below by Festive Owl, reads:

We are all excited for the New Year and to meet again. With this in mind, Forest HQ is currently considering options for dates for the Electric Forest Summer 2021.

While we adhere to our typical June timeframe, we need to consider health and safety guidelines, as well as the availability of artists, infrastructure and providers. These all play a role in confirming an appointment for summer 2021.

Before the pandemic, the 2020 edition of Electric Forest was slated for the celebration of the first decade as the headline for The String Cheese Incident, Flume, Major Lazer, Big Gigantic, Louis the Child, The Disco Biscuits, Diplo and more.

After a turbulent year, there’s nothing we’d love more than the chance to see live music again – especially in the Electric Forest. However, it is important that we all remain patient as the organizers weigh all options.

We will keep you posted.
