Kevin Hart works with Netflix to make 4 new movies

Incandescent comedian Kevin Hart I just signed a massive multi-movie deal with Netflix that is similar to what the streamer inked with Adam Sandler. Under the deal, Hart will star in at least four films for Netflix that he will also produce through his HartBeat Productions banner, with an initial production option also being part of the arrangement. As reported by Deadline, the exact dollar amount of the deal is unknown, but Netflix has reportedly paid Sandler close to $ 150 million, so it is believed their partnership with Hart came in at a similar price.
Hart is a huge hit for Netflix, with its blockbuster status and comedy special Zero F ** s given Currently, Hart will star in the limited series True story for the streamer, written and produced by Narcos and Narcos: Mexico Showrunner Eric Newman.

Much ado has been made about Netflix’s big money deal with Sandler, which frankly has resulted in some of the worst movies in Sandler’s career (and some that are just fine). However, Sandler and Hart are very different actors with equally different comedic sensibilities.
