Queen Elizabeth II’s granddaughter, Zara Tindall, is pregnant

There’s still a baby in the royal family!

Zara Tindall and Mike Tindall expect the retired rugby star to be revealed in a new episode of his podcast, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby. “Had a little scan last week,” Mike told the co-hosts Alex Payne and James Haskell. “Third Tindall on the way.”

Mike and Zara, the only daughter of Princess Anne and cousin too Prince William and Prince Harryare parents of daughters Mia Grace, 6 and Lena Elizabeth, 2. The next little one will mark Queen Elizabeth the second ‘s ninth great-grandchild.

Now the soon-to-be father of three keeps his fingers crossed for a son. “I would like a boy this time,” he said on the podcast. “I have two girls. I would like a boy. I will love it, whether it’s a boy or a girl – but please be a boy.”

With the couple keeping the pregnancy a secret until now, the parents haven’t told their kids that they have a sibling on the way, though Mike believes they will welcome the news.
