Season 20 Voice will get premiere date, provides Darren Criss and Brandy


The Voice’s 20th season will turn its chairs on Monday March 1st, NBC has announced.

There it will lead into the super fringe-ian freshman science fiction series Debris with Jonathan Tucker (Kingdom) and Riann Steele (The Magicians).

NBC also announced that this season’s Battle Advisors will include Emmy and Golden Globe winner Darren Criss (on Team Nick), Grammy winner Brandy (Team Legend), Grammy winner Luis Fonsi (Team Kelly) and the Grammy-winning country music includes duo Dan + Shay (Team Blake).

As previously announced, Nick Jonas is returning to the season 20 coaching mix with Kelly Clarkson, John Legend and Blake Shelton.

The Voice’s Fall 2020 ran an average of 7.4 million viewers and a demo rating of 1.0 (in Live + Same Day numbers), with only Chicago Med lagging behind in total audience (among all NBC programs) and the #OneChicago-Trifecta for 2nd place in the demo was equated (behind This Is Us).
